Question by Evan: Posterior chain and espescially glute exercises?
I have a weak posterior chain because my glutes are so underdeveloped. lower back pain and really tight hamstrings. I do stretch and a lot so I don't want to hear stretch as an answer. I stretch my hip flexors really well, but my glutes are still weak. so any good glute and posterior chain exercises? I would like to be able to run/ do anything without back pain. I am having trouble isolating the glutes because there is a huge
